Dedicated IT Support Contracts
Our IT support contracts are tailored around the needs and the budget of your organisation. We offer telephone assistance, and with the aid of remote tools we can offer fast and professional assistance. Sometimes remote assistance is not enough and we only take on clients we can quickly access in person, because not all things can be fixed remotely. We like to give customers the peace of mind that if it can't be resolved remotely that we will be there in person to identify and fix any issues.

Ad-hoc Support
Our ad-hoc IT support is available at a very competitive hourly rate for those organisations that may not require contract support, for one off jobs, or to fill a gap when your in-house technician is away.

Technical Support

Fixed Price Network Install
Got a new office or need your whole network refreshed? We offer a fixed price service to install your desktops and/or server to get you going. We offer an offsite config setup, so the majority of the work is carried out away from your office and delivered in a way that minimises the disruption to your organisation.
